The form collects your name, work email, organization, care setting, and optional EHR name. We save those details and the submission time so the Reclaw team can review and respond to your request.

How information is used

Your inquiry is used to discuss Reclaw, understand your organization’s workflow, and arrange a product conversation. Submitting the form does not enroll you in a marketing newsletter. This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts added by Reclaw.

Storage and access

Demo inquiries are stored in a database supporting this website and are accessible through the website owner’s administrative tools. Hosting providers process information needed to operate and protect the site. The form does not publish your inquiry on the website.

Do not submit patient names, clinical records, insurance identifiers, or other protected health information. This website’s demo form is for business inquiries only.

Corrections or deletion

When the Reclaw team contacts you, you may reply to request correction or deletion of your inquiry. You can also submit a new demo request using the same email and enter “Privacy request” in the organization field so the team can follow up.
